Quality standard of drilling cutter picks
The tooth body is made of high quality cold extrusion 42CrMo, high density not decarburization. Numerical control lathe processing ensures consistent size. With special heat treatment process of 40-45 degrees, its surface is almost no oxidation, tooth head using isothermal quenching process, its hardness doesn't reduce. Production of cemented carbide by formal domestic companies YG11C, stable quality can accord customer needs to add welding wear-resisting layer, hardness reaches more than 65 degrees.

Jixing picks are produced by drawing. The computer calculates the weight of the pick and then cuts it. After extrusion by warm extrusion technology, there is no flash burr and no oxide scale. The material utilization rate is over 95%.
The picks are made by temperature extrusion technology. The temperature is extruded at a metal recrystallization temperature. The forming temperature is about 600-800 degrees Celsius. In this temperature range, the metal no longer produces oxidation and grain length. Large forging defects can occur in the process of deformation and recrystallization, accompanied by partial normalizing process, which can significantly change the metallographic structure of the tooth body, refine the grain and improve the impact toughness of the pick.
