Laser light is coherent , which allows laser beam to be manipulated in creating many different shapes , from simple collimated aser beam to difficult patterns created with DOE lenses . Most frequent patterns are : laser dot ,round dot , line laser , cross laser line , ground line laser . Custom patterns might be created with custom optical elements . We divide a laser diode module structure into 4 main sections:
- a laser diode
- an optical lens
- a laser driver circuit (PCB)
- optical and mechanical properties

*Wavelength
We have laser diodes with power from 1mw to 1W with the following wavelength: red 650nm, 635nm, 638nm, green 520nm, 505nm blue,violets,infrared,RGB and so on.
*Optical Lens
The laser beam of the laser module will depend on the inner optical lens. Except for dot,lineand cross beam, we also can do other laser beams with DOE according to your requirements.
*PCB Driver
We havenormal 3-8V APC/ACC driver, Please let us know the input voltage of the laser module you would like at first,we will recommend you the most suitable solution.
* Housing
The Size of the laser module ( diameter and length) can be customized according to your requirement, we will evaluate and provide
technical drawings for you.
